Niki is fantastic! She took great care of my cat "Haywire" and sent me pics and messaged me every night. My cat will not eat for days whenever I leave her but Niki worked with her and was able to get her to eat and by the time I came back Niki said she was able to have "Haywire" sit on her lap! I will definitely have Niki board my cat again. Thank you Niki!!! I will see you when I take my next trip!

Nikki is so great with our dog Paddington. Lots of updates and he loves staying there. Her website makes booking, paying, seeing updates, and everything so easy too. We definitely recommend Nikki!

I adore Niki! She is amazing with our fur babies. She has helped us out on so many occasions, and is very flexible with our needs. She treats our babies as if they are her own... She is very detailed and I love the fact that we get daily updates and pictures. She makes sure they are loved and happy. I couldn’t ask for someone better to take care of my babies. She does drop in service and also she does boarding/overnights at her home. I have used both services thru her. She is friendly, professional and above all trustworthy. I feel so comfortable leaving my babies and have no worries when I am gone because I know they are well taken care of.

Niki is great! She takes excellent care of my dog and sends a report at the end of each visit so that I know how much fun they had. Niki provides a variety of services which has been beneficial when various things come up at work and I need someone to drop in on my dog or run her to the vet. She is reliable, great at communicating, and loves each animal as if they were her own. I cannot recommend Niki's Up North Pet Service enough!

We boarded our dog at Niki’s home while visiting friends in the area and Niki treated her like one of her own, she was amazing with her. She sent us regular pictures and updates on how our pup was doing alleviating any worries we had about leaving her with someone. Definitely recommend!!

Niki deserves 5+ stars for her communication, dependability, passion and affordability. She sends detailed messages with pictures after each visit that makes you feel comfortable being away from your best friend. Her pricing is fair and she explains it in depth with options. I recommend Niki to anyone wanting the best care for your pet while you're gone even if that's to check on them at lunch time. Thanks Niki for making life easy for me and Myles!

Niki is extremely thorough and professional in her human connections and absolutely caring and compassionate and loving with her furry customers. My favorite and most comforting part is that she texts upon arrival and I get a follow up email with a couple pictures of her visit. I cannot recommend her highly enough to care for your pets when you're gone

Frieda loves to have Niki visit, and we get pictures so see just how happy they are. Niki has been able to accommodate some schedule changes due to family emergencies which is greatly appreciated. The whole family, including Frieda, is so very happy that we found Niki's Up North Pet Service.

Niki does an amazing job. She provides updates and a report on how it goes after our drop ins for our cat and dog. She is trustworthy, competent, and compassionate and we are lucky to have her services available. Both pets love her and we couldn’t agree more!

Niki cared for my 2 cats with a drop in visit. This was my first experience with her and I highly recommend Niki! She came over for a “meet & greet” to introduce herself to the cats, went through my needs and laid out expectations. Everything went as it was discussed. Niki sent a text letting me know she was at my house and when the visit was concluded followed up with a detailed report, including pictures. She was professional, easy to work with and affordable. Thanks Niki! We’ll be in touch in the future!

Nicole is very prompt and efficient, When we first met with her she took notes, and asked several questions that we hadn't thought to tell her about our pups. We have 2 dogs, an XL stubborn 2 year old and a small rambunctious 8 month old... ...Upon meeting Nicole we were put at ease. Confidant that Nicole would do her best to care for our pups. We scheduled drop ins, in the beginning we were nervous, watching the clock, wondering, will she be there on time? Every visit we received a message of her arrival at the scheduled time; along with a detailed report along with photos of the visit, removing all worry. Upon arrival home, we were even more pleased, our pups were happy, clean, and content: A first for this pair of pups. We highly recommend Nicole. Nicole, you are definitely going to hear from us in the future. Thank you for such amazing care of our furbabies, allowing us to have a worry free mini vacation with our human babies. :)

Nicole was great with our two small dogs. They warmed up to her easily. One of our dogs is elderly and requires special attention which Nicole did perfectly. She was great at sending updated reports. She made it easy not to worry about our fur babies while we were away. We will be using her services again!

Nicole watches my 2 dogs at my home and is very punctual, dependable and does a great job with detailed reports and pictures of her visits. My schedule doesn’t always allow for a lot of notice and Nicole has been very understanding and tries to accommodate my last minute needs if they arise. My dogs love her and I am thankful to have her.

Nicole is very professional and really enjoys spending time with our pets (1 cat and 1 puppy). She gives us regular reports about her time with the animals and sends us pictures of them having fun with her. She’s really dependable and responds very quickly to all communications. I highly recommend her services!
